Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor with 3–4 years of experience to own all video content for Deep Horizon — from shoot to final delivery. This is a high-impact creative role where you will produce emotionally-driven campaign videos, social content, testimonials, and brand films that communicate personal safety in a way that feels real, urgent, and human. All camera equipment is provided.

What You'll Do

- Plan and execute video shoots — on location in Guwahati and occasionally other cities

- Handle camera operation, basic lighting setup, and on-ground direction

- Edit and deliver campaign videos, reels, testimonials, and brand films end-to-end

- Handle colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics independently

- Adapt content across formats — Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, and digital ads

- Maintain brand consistency across all video output (colour palette: navy, teal, amber, cream)

- Manage multiple projects and meet delivery timelines without compromising quality

- Work closely with the founder and marketing team to translate briefs into compelling visual stories

What We're Looking For

- 3–4 years of professional experience in both videography and video editing

- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating emotional storytelling — not just technical polish

- Confident camera operator with an eye for framing, lighting, and shot composition

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory)

- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for colour grading

- Experience producing short-form social content (Reels, Shorts) as well as long-form brand films

- Ability to work independently and manage shoots with minimal supervision

Bonus Skills

- Motion graphics and typography animation

- Basic sound design and audio mixing

- Drone videography

- Experience in emotional or cause-driven campaigns

Compensation

₹28,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio)
