Website Designer Cum Social Media Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and multi-talented Website Designer & Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Guwahati. As our organization expands across various sectors, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining the digital footprint for our primary organization as well as our various sister concerns and educational trusts.

The ideal candidate is someone who can seamlessly blend web design, technical maintenance, SEO strategies, and dynamic social media marketing to build strong online visibility across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design & Maintenance

·      Design, develop, and continuously update the main website and multiple sister concern websites.

·      Ensure all websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive (mobile-friendly), and optimized for fast loading speeds.

·      Perform routine maintenance, fix broken links, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure robust website security.

·      Manage content updates across all web platforms to keep information current and relevant.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

·      Implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for all our websites.

·      Conduct keyword research relevant to our various initiatives and integrate them naturally into website content.

·      Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing regular reports on traffic and engagement.

Social Media & Campaign Management

·      Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.) for the main organization and its sister concerns.

·      Create engaging text, image, and video content to build our audience and foster community engagement.

·      Plan, set up, and run targeted paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic, awareness, and conversions.

·      Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·      Proven experience as a Web Designer, Social Media Manager, or similar dual-role in digital marketing.

·      Strong proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.

·      Familiarity with web design languages (HTML, CSS) and visual design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).

·      Demonstrable experience with SEO principles, tools, and best practices.

·      Hands-on experience in running and managing successful social media ad campaigns.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

·      Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage the distinct digital identities of various sister organizations simultaneously.
