Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR COUNSELOR

 Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support.

 Inform customers about company's products/services and offers.

 Identifies business opportunities from given prospects.

 Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.

 Talk to customers and Follow-up the Leads converting the leads into sales.

 Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.

 Repo building with the clients and centres.

 Working on telesales/customer support.

 Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention.

 Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team.

 Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team.


Salary: Variable take home from 15k to 75k As per monthly business + Incentives
