Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic BPO Telecaller to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity with rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls professionally
• Communicate with customers to provide information about products/services
• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
• Maintain call records and update customer details accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum 4GB RAM mobile device is mandatory
• Strong and stable internet connection
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Willingness to work 6 days a week
• Basic understanding of customer handling

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working (1 weekly off)
• Rotational shifts

Location: Work From Home (Guna, Ashok Nagar, Gwalior, Vidhisha)
