Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products or services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales. Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is an added advantage.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database or leads provided
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Answer customer queries and handle objections professionally
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular contact
• Record all interactions, update CRM systems, and prepare daily call reports
• Achieve monthly targets in terms of leads, conversions, and revenue
• Coordinate with the field sales or operations team as needed
• Requirements:0–2 years of telesales or telecalling experience (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Excellent verbal communication in [Insert Languages – e.g., Hindi, English, Regional Language]
• Strong persuasion and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry, Email)
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
