Roles and Responsibilities:

- Scrutiny in Tally for the data entry done Purchase, Sale, Expenses, Bank reconciliation, Credit cards, Forex Fluctuation, Investment entries

- Debtors follow-ups with ledger scrutiny

- Creditors payments aging wise

- TDS working -Monthly and Quarterly

- Financial and Tax Audit work

- Petty cash statement tally on weekly basis

- GST yearly reconciliation and Audit.

- GST monthly working and online return filing

- Import Export related documentation and bank submissions

-Team Handling

Thorough knowledge of Balance sheet and P&L statements

Export Invoicing

PT working and return filing

Inventory Audit and finalization of Variances if any.

Preparation of E-invoice & E-way bills.
