Shift: 15 Days Rotation – Day/Night Shifts

Job Overview: We are hiring two responsible and dedicated individuals to manage day-to-day operations at our dormitory (AC lodge) catering to students and travelers. The operators will work in rotational shifts of 15 days each – one handling the day shift, and the other the night, rotating monthly.

• Responsibilities: Check-in / Check-out of guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in common areas
• Handle guest queries and basic support
• Monitor safety and security of premises
• Manage basic inventory (bedding, water, supplies)
• Coordinate with cleaning staff
• Assist with online & walk-in bookings
• Daily reporting to the manager/owner
• Requirements: Male, age 18–30
• Minimum 10th pass; basic Hindi/English communication
• Physically fit and presentable
• Polite, disciplined, and trustworthy
• Prior hostel/lodge experience preferred
• Monthly shift rotation (15 days day, 15 days night)
