PRIMARY SALES & SECONDARY SALES-
• Need to handle minimum any near-by 2districts of preferred/desired state.
• Primary sales-Need to appoint a super-distributor for all allocated districts.
• Need to appoint Super distributor with 10 lac as investment against material within the span of 1 month.
• In Secondary Sales-Need to handle the team of sales Executives district wise after appointment of super-distributor.
• Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing training to motivate to achieve sales targets.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and achieve target through them in secondary sales.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with channel sales associates.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies and implanting them to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions with seniors and juniors.
• Performing all duties as directed by the company.
