Business Development Manager

To drive sustainable business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for the organization.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Meet prospective clients (virtually), understand their requirements, and position company solutions effectively.
• Track sales pipeline, revenue, and key performance metrics, and report progress to management with forecasts and action plans.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, demos, and proposals in collaboration with technical and marketing teams.
• Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure high satisfaction.
