Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development (Sales) Intern to join our growing team in Gwalior. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, client interaction, and market research while working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through field visits, calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Pitch our services/products to prospective customers and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Support the sales team in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain data of daily work and share reports with the supervisor.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and client follow-ups.


Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (BBA, MBA, B.Com, or relevant fields preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with field work and client interaction.
  • Proficiency in basic digital tools.
