Department: Canteen / Administration

Reporting To: Admin Manager / HR Manager

Job Summary:The Canteen Manager is responsible for smooth day-to-day canteen operations, maintaining food quality, hygiene, staff management, and ensuring timely food service for employees, patients, and visitors.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily canteen operations and food service
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Supervise canteen staff and duty schedules
• Plan menu and ensure food quality and taste
• Purchase raw materials and manage stock properly
• Maintain daily sales, expense, and stock records
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of food
• Handle vendor coordination and cost control
• Follow hospital / organization safety and hygiene rules
• Perform any other duty assigned by Admin / HR
• Skills & Requirements:Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to manage staff and daily operations
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Qualification:10th / 12th pass
• Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management preferred
• Experience:1–3 years experience in canteen / food services
• Work Timings:As per canteen / hospital shift schedule
• Salary:As per organization norms
