Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (Showroom & Field)About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Kitchen House. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for providing high-quality product demonstrations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless after-sales service experience. You will work with premium brands Elica , helping customers find the best solutions for their modular kitchens and homes.

  • Key Responsibilities Product Demonstrations: Provide engaging and detailed live demos of kitchen chimneys, built-in hobs, appliances to walk-in customers.
  • Lead Management & Follow-up: Proactively follow up with potential leads (via phone and in-person) who visited the store or inquired online to convert them into sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a database of existing customers and reach out for feedback, service reminders, and new product launches.
  • Service Coordination: Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical service team to ensure timely installation and hassle-free after-sales support.
  • Inventory & Display: Ensure that the product display area is clean, well-stocked, and that all demo units are in working condition.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly individual and store sales targets through effective up selling and cross-selling.
  • Requirements & Skills Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in Home Appliances, Kitchenware, or Consumer Electronics).
  • Communication: Fluent in Hindi and basic English. Should have a polite, convincing, and professional tone.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn the technical specifications of chimneys, hobs, and appliances to explain them to customers.
  • Proactive Attitude: Strong follow-up skills; you shouldn't be afraid to pick up the phone and close a deal.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Gwalior market and surrounding areas is a big plus.
  • Education: Minimum Graduate or Diploma in Marketing/Business (High School graduates with exceptional sales experience may apply).
