Field Sales Executive

About OESOm Energy Solution (OES) is a fast-growing Indian manufacturer of Lithium Batteries, Solar Systems, Inverters, and Electric Vehicles. We are expanding our dealer and distributor network and looking for energetic field sales professionals to grow with us.

Role OverviewWe are hiring a Field Sales Executive who will visit markets daily, build dealer relationships, generate orders, and increase product visibility across the region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, meeting people, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities• Visit dealers, retailers, garages, and distributors daily

• Generate new leads and onboard new channel partners

• Promote OES batteries, inverters, solar & EV products

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections

• Conduct product demos and explain technical features

• Track competitor pricing and market trends

• Submit daily visit reports to the sales manager

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 0–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG / Solar / Automobile / Electrical preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Two-wheeler mandatory with valid license

• Self-motivated and target-oriented

• Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting
