Field Sales Executive

*Summary:*

Dynamic sales professional needed to drive mobile handset and accessory distribution to wholesale dealers in the assigned territory. Focus on new client acquisition, relationship management, and hitting monthly sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Prospect and onboard wholesale dealers/distributors.

- Maintain existing client relationships and boost product penetration.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct product demos, negotiate pricing, close deals.

- Track market trends and competitor activity.

- Ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and payment follow-up.

- Update CRM with leads and sales data.

- Submit daily/weekly reports to manager.

*Requirements:*

- 1-2 years field sales experience (mobile/electronics/FMCG preferred).

- Proven sales target achievement.

- Hindi + English communication; regional language a plus.

- Independent, willing to travel daily, 2-wheeler license.

- Strong negotiation and relationship skills.

- Basic knowledge of mobile specs and pricing.

- Graduate (BBA/B.Com preferred).
