Job Description: Sales Representative – Industrial Segment

Work Location: Malanpur & nearby industrial areas

Reporting Offices: Indore & Bhopal (as assigned)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Sales Representative with strong exposure in Malanpur and surrounding industrial belts having major industries. We already have market presence in this region and now aim to establish a dedicated local sales team to increase inquiries, strengthen relationships, and grow industrial business.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily field visits across Malanpur and nearby industrial zones.
• Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with industrial clients.
• Generate new inquiries and repeat business from existing customers.
• Work closely with:
• Local diplomacy transfer agent
• Two local correspondents
• Internal sales and operations teams
• 
  
• Ensure proper follow-ups, quotations, and order execution.
• Submit daily visit and inquiry reports without delay.
• Attend monthly review meetings at Indore / Bhopal office as instructed.

Work Schedule & Discipline

• 6 days working
• Field visits start sharp at 9:00 AM
• Field work closes at 7:00 PM, followed by report submission
• Strict adherence to reporting structure and timelines

Candidate Profile

• Experience in industrial / B2B sales is mandatory
• Good local knowledge of Malanpur & nearby industrial areas
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Looking for long-term professional growth

Bond & Commitment

• 2-year monetary bond (mandatory)
