Financial Reporting  Ensure monthly closing of the financial records and necessary reporting;  Managing timely preparation and presentation of financial statements, and annual reports and ensuring conformance to regulatory accounting standards;  Present periodic financial statements through Balance Sheet account & P&L account review and reconciliation to identify and manage risks;  Reports - Debtors report, CAPEX, OPEX, Asset management, Quarterly Reports, etc.; Statutory Compliance and Audit Management  Planning and ensuring compliance with applicable Tax Regulations.  Expeditious resolution of Tax matters when the need so arises.  Keeping the organization aware of the implications of various direct and indirect tax laws on business decisions.  Dealing with tax authorities  To Ensure timely audit completed Tax Audit, GST Audit  Timely payment of Advance tax, Self-assessment tax, Income Tax-return, and GST return  Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Operation Management  Design & develop analytical tools using structured and unstructured information data sources.  Development and Preparation of comprehensive Management Information tools & dashboards by understanding Business specifications and translating them into automated modules.  Detailed analytical overview of KPIs (like Budget variance & ratio analysis etc.) and review of financial results and various heads profit & loss account  Creation and implementation of proper controls & checks for deliverables along with production and maintenance of appropriate supporting documentation (in respect of the process, systems, and controls).  Maintain strong communication with the onshore team (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.
