About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve queries and deliver an outstanding customer experience across various channels including email, chat, and phone.

  • Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
