Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Plan manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates as per company requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate database.

2. HR Policy Implementation

  • Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure company policies are communicated and followed by all employees.
  • Maintain employee handbook and HR documentation.

3. Employee Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • Maintain proper communication between management and employees.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement employee performance appraisal systems.
  • Monitor employee productivity and performance reviews.
  • Support department heads in goal setting and performance evaluation.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Organize skill development and professional training sessions.
  • Monitor employee career development plans.

6. Payroll & Attendance Coordination

  • Supervise attendance records, leave management and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate with accounts department for salary processing.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.

7. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements including:
  • Provident Fund (PF)
  • Employees State Insurance (ESI)
  • Shops & Establishment Act / applicable labour regulations
  • Maintain statutory records and coordinate inspections if required.

8. Documentation & HR Records

  • Maintain employee personal files, contracts, and HR documents.
  • Ensure proper documentation for joining, confirmation, promotion, resignation and full & final settlement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

9. Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Manage employee resignation process and clearances.
  • Coordinate final settlement procedures as per company policy.

10. HR Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attrition, recruitment and compliance.
  • Provide HR insights to management for decision making.
