Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 20 Metric Ton mobile crane safely for lifting, loading, unloading, and shifting of materials.
• Follow site safety rules and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Inspect the crane daily (brakes, wire rope, hook, hydraulic system, lights, etc.) before starting work.
• Ensure proper positioning and stabilization of the crane before lifting.
• Work in coordination with signalman/supervisor during lifting operations.
• Maintain lifting log book and report any faults or damage immediately.
• Avoid overloading and ensure load is within rated capacity.
• Keep the crane clean and in good working condition.
• Follow instructions given by site engineer or supervisor.
• Safety Responsibilities:Use required PPE (helmet, safety shoes, gloves, reflective jacket).
• Stop work immediately in case of unsafe conditions.
• Do not operate the crane under alcohol, drugs, or fatigue.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Driving License .
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating mobile cranes.
• Basic knowledge of lifting tools, slings, and safety signals.
• Physically fit and medically cleared for heavy equipment operation.
