Insurance Sales / BD Manager

We are hiring Insurance Executives / Field Officers responsible for acquiring new customers, explaining insurance products, and achieving assigned business goals through field activities. The role involves meeting prospects, maintaining client relationships, and completing documentation as per company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits and referrals
• Meet prospective clients and explain insurance products (Life/Health/Motor)
• Achieve assigned sales targets and daily activity goals
• Complete KYC and documentation accurately
• Maintain customer relationships and post-sales support
• Update daily work reports using CRM or reporting tools
• Follow company policies and IRDAI guidelines
