Job Summary

The Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, ensuring quality standards, regulatory compliance, staff management, and smooth workflow across all diagnostic departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily lab operations across all departments

Ensure NABL/quality compliance and QC processes

Manage lab staff, equipment, and inventory

Ensure accurate and timely test reporting

Handle audits, documentation, and safety standards

Requirements:

BSc / MSc MLT or equivalent

8+ years experience in diagnostic labs

Strong knowledge of lab operations & quality systems

Team handling and communication skills
