Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Solar Marketing Executive responsible for promoting solar energy products and services, generating leads, and increasing sales of solar installations for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote solar power systems and solar installation services.
2. Generate leads through field marketing, online platforms, and referrals.
3. Meet potential customers and explain the benefits of solar energy systems.
4. Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility.
5. Prepare quotations and proposals for solar projects.
6. Maintain relationships with clients and follow up for project closure.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Collect market information about competitors and customer requirements.
9. Assist customers with government solar subsidy schemes and documentation.
10. Maintain records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of solar power systems
• Marketing and sales skills
• Field work capability
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in solar sales / electrical / renewable energy sector
• Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar Yojana / Solar Subsidy Schemes

Salary:

Fixed Salary + Incentives (Based on performance)
