Reporting To: Admin Officer / HR Manager

Job Summary:The Office Boy / Peon is responsible for supporting daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, handling files, and performing routine office tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of office premises, cabins, reception, and common areas
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
• Handle files, documents, and courier services within departments
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents
• Open and close office rooms as per schedule
• Deliver official documents to internal departments or external offices
• Support administrative staff during meetings and events
• Ensure office stationery and pantry supplies are arranged properly
• Perform any other duty assigned by Admin / HR from time to time
• Skills & Requirements:Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass
• Basic understanding of office work
• Polite, disciplined, and punctual
• Ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit for routine office tasks
• Experience:Freshers can apply
• Prior experience as Office Boy / Peon preferred
• Work Timings:As per office / hospital shift schedule
• Salary:As per organization norms
