Patient Care Coordinator

Position: MSW / Patient Relationship & Counseling Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with patients and their attendants to understand concerns, expectations, and requirements.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families during treatment and hospitalization.
• Resolve patient complaints / grievances professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Act as a bridge between patient, attendants, doctors, nurses, and hospital administration to ensure smooth communication.
• Guide patients regarding treatment process, admission, discharge, billing details, and hospital policies.
• Assist in planned patient care, including explaining procedures and answering queries in simple language.
• Support patients in insurance documentation, financial counseling, and payment-related guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow ethical standards.
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and report feedback to management.
• Coordinate discharge planning, follow-up calls, and patient relationship programs.
• Assist the hospital in public welfare activities, awareness programs, and medical camps.
• Maintain proper documentation related to communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

• Qualifications & ExperienceMSW / BSW / Diploma in Medical Social Work
• 0–3 years experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, counseling, or patient-care environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Work Schedule6 days a week / Rotational shifts / As per hospital policy.
