We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to scale Kavipushp profitably through paid channels.
What You’ll Do
• Manage & scale Meta + Google Ads
• Drive ROAS-focused growth
• Optimize full funnel (ads → landing → conversion)
• Improve creatives, targeting & tracking (Pixel, GA4)
• Work directly with founders on growth strategy
Who You Are
• 3–6 years in performance marketing (D2C preferred)
• Managed ₹10L+ monthly ad spend
• Strong in Meta & Google Ads
• Data-driven, execution-focused
Success =
Higher revenue, better ROAS, lower CAC
