Profile: Pilot Sales Man (PSM)

Function: Secondary Sales

CTC: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Location: Gwalior

Key Responsibilities:

 Execute secondary sales targets in the assigned territory

 Visit distributors and retailers regularly to generate orders

 Ensure proper product visibility and availability at outlets

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers

 Track daily sales, collections, and market feedback

 Implement company schemes and promotional activities in the market

 Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager

 Identify new retail outlets and support market expansion

Eligibility Criteria:

 Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably Hardware / Building Material industry)

 Good communication and negotiation skills

 Familiarity with local market of Gwalior

 Two-wheeler mandatory
