Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children (ages 2 to 5), promoting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's growth and learning.
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence through play-based learning.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning experience.
• Maintain records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the curriculum.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Previous experience working with pre-primary or kindergarten-aged children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging educational activities.
• Knowledge of child safety and first aid is a plus.
