• Verify legal documents such as Nazri Naksha, Simankan reports, Patwari maps, and building plans.
• Conduct site visits to gather property measurements, photographs, and other relevant data.
• Use tools like Kissan App and MPDCE site for property identification and analysis.
• Research market trends and comparable data to provide fair and precise valuations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to address their requirements and queries.
