Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to manage and expand our sales operations in Gwalior and surrounding districts. The candidate will be responsible for promoting ethical pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with chemists, and stockists in Gwalior and nearby districts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence.
• Ensure proper coverage of assigned territory through regular field visits.
• Organize and participate in promotional activities, CMEs, and product awareness sessions.
• Maintain timely reporting of sales activities, competitor information, and customer feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (ethical products preferred).
• Good knowledge of the Gwalior territory and nearby districts will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
