Senior Officer - Security
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures across the plant.
- Supervise access control systems, visitor management, and perimeter security.
- Conduct routine security checks, patrols, and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and assist in investigations.
- Support emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation drills.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for security-related matters.
- Train and guide security staff to ensure adherence to protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or diploma in Security Management or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in industrial or plant security operations.
- Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control.
- Strong understanding of safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in defense, law enforcement, or industrial security preferred.
- Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations effectively.
