Job Role: Sales Manager – EDC Machine Sales (Open Market)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage open market sales for Pine Labs EDC (POS) machines.

Acquire new merchants such as retail stores, restaurants, hotels, pharmacies, petrol pumps, and SMEs.

Promote and sell EDC machines, QR solutions, and digital payment products.

Build and manage a team of Relationship Officers / Sales Executives.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Train team members on product features, pricing, and sales techniques.

Conduct daily field visits and joint calls with team members.

Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and installation coordination.

Maintain strong relationships with merchants for retention and upselling.

Track market competition and provide regular MIS reports to management.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong experience in EDC/POS machine sales or fintech sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Team handling and leadership experience.

Knowledge of open market field sales.

Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.

Preferred Background:

Banking, Fintech, NBFC, or Payment Industry experience.

Prior experience in Pine Labs / Paytm / Razorpay / PhonePe / BharatPe / MSwipe is an advantage.
