Position: Teacher / Soft Skills Trainer / ECA Trainer (School Demos)

Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan), Ahmedabad (Gujrat), Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh), Bhiwani (Haryana), Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), Nagpur (Maharashtra), Khorda (Odisha).

Vision: हमारा मिशन है कि हर बच्चा 24–48 घंटों में पूरी किताब याद कर सके। Brain Recoding का breakthrough system IIT Alumni द्वारा बनाया गया है और अब हम इसे भारत के हज़ारों स्कूलों तक ले जा रहे हैं।

Job Summary: हम ऐसे Teachers / Soft Skills Trainers / ECA Trainers की तलाश में हैं जो स्कूलों में जाकर बच्चों और शिक्षकों को Rapid Recall System (RRS) और Neuro Habits का live demo दें। यह role बच्चों के साथ direct engagement, inspiring presentations, और memory techniques सिखाने पर केंद्रित होगा।

यह सिर्फ एक teaching role नहीं है — आप ground-level पर education में बदलाव के frontline warrior होंगे।

Key Responsibilities

School Demo Delivery:

• बच्चों और teachers के सामने Rapid Recall System का powerful demo देना
• किताबों के chapters को 15–20 मिनट में याद कराने का live example दिखाना
• बच्चों में curiosity, excitement और confidence पैदा करना

Training & Engagement:

• बच्चों को Memory Techniques (Visualization, Mnemonics, Story Method) सिखाना
• Teachers को समझाना कि यह system classroom teaching को कैसे बदल सकता है
• Parents sessions (जब required) में भी system का demo देना

Support Sales Execution:

• Sales Manager और telecalling टीम द्वारा set किए गए demo appointments पर जाना
• Demo को engaging बनाना ताकि school deal close हो सके
• Feedback collect करके HO team को देना

Daily Reporting:

• हर demo के बाद feedback form + daily report भरना (Google Sheets/WhatsApp)
• Minimum 5–10 demo presentations per week deliver करना

Key Requirements:

• Male/Female दोनों apply कर सकते हैं (Age 23–40 preferred)
• Teaching / Training / Public Speaking का prior experience
• Strong communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi)
• बच्चों और teachers के साथ जुड़ने की क्षमता
• Self-motivated, disciplined, और mission-driven personality
• Own 2-wheeler with license preferred (school travel के लिए)

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Demo Presentations Given: Minimum 20/month
• Student Engagement Score: ≥ 80% students active in demos
• Teacher Feedback Rating: ≥ 4/5 average
• Support in Conversion: At least 30% of demos lead to deal closure
• Daily Reporting Accuracy: ≥ 90%
• Training Completion: 100% within 7 days of joining
