Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the respective field

Strong portfolio or proven project experience

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

For technical roles: Proficiency in relevant frameworks, tools, and programming languages

For design roles: Strong design portfolio with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite)

For BDE: Strong client handling, negotiation, and communication skills
