Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and close sales leads for Residential, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects
  • Explain solar system benefits, ROI, subsidies, and net-metering to customers
  • Conduct site surveys and coordinate with technical team for feasibility
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with accounts, project, and dispatch teams after order closure
  • Maintain CRM updates and customer records
  • Develop channel partners, referrals, and local marketing opportunities
  • Stay updated on MNRE / State subsidy schemes and policies
