Supply Chain Lead

Responsibilities

1.    Lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
2.    Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive / budgeted / target prices.
3.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
4.    Manage supplier relationships to foster strong partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• B.E. (Mechanical) from Reputed Engineering College

Experiences:

• Minimum 5 years in Supply chain of Defence Business.
• Worked in Industry: HAL, Bharat Forge, L&T,  Aero-space companies, Maruti, Ashok Leyland, TATA Motors, Hero Honda, TVs, Bajaj, Medium sized Aerospace component manufacturer. 

Specific Competency:

• Vendor Base, Defense eco-systems. 
• Material, Fabrication, Machining, Casting, Forging, Investment casting.
• Precision Machining and Modern manufacturing techniques
• Good estimation capabilities.
