जॉब समरी:
हम Gwalior में एक energetic और अच्छी communication skills वाली Telecaller की तलाश कर रहे हैं। आपका मुख्य काम outbound calls करके potential customers से बात करना, company के products/services promote करना, leads generate करना और sales targets पूरा करना होगा।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:
Potential customers को outbound calls करना
कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट/सर्विस (जैसे matrimony, real estate, insurance, education आदि) की जानकारी देना
ग्राहकों की queries सुनना और resolve करना
Interested leads को follow-up करना
Daily call volume और conversion targets achieve करना
Customer details CRM या Excel में update करना
Professional और polite तरीके से बात करना
