Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Coding Language Faculty to train and mentor students/professionals in programming languages and modern development tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in teaching or software development with strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on programming languages like Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, etc.
• Prepare course materials, assignments, and project work.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep updated with the latest programming trends and tools.
• Conduct workshops, coding challenges, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to improve curriculum design and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proficient in at least two or more programming languages.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Knowledge of tools like VS Code, Git, and IDEs is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Certification in any programming language or development framework.
• Experience with frameworks like React, Django, Spring, etc.
• Exposure to coding platforms like HackerRank, LeetCode, or CodeChef.
