Business Process Manager

Responsibilities

 

Accountabilities and KPIs (8-10 key activities / decisions for which this role is accountable )

No.

Key Accountabilities

1.

Analysis of MIS and tracking the company performance on a daily /weekly / monthly / yearly basis as and when required.

2.

Coordinate with Head of Departments on budgets and forecasts, including ongoing analysis and monitoring of performance of respective SBU

3.

Coordination with projects & operations teams for progress on various projects at Dhamra.

4.

Coordinate/Involve performance monitoring/Business Review/Budget

5.

Coordinate/arrange client visits to the port

6.

Prepare MOM of MRM/BRM & take necessary follow up for action plan

7.

Maintain healthy relationship with all Internal Stake holders

8.

Apply advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity, and human resource compliance).

9.

Technical assistance and it’s coordination to CEO Office.

Keeping updated new technologies and international business scenarios.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

(degree, training, or certification required)

Engineering Degree(Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics) with experience in Data Analyst.: Preferable : MBA( Operation/ Marketing/ Finance/ Data Analyst)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)Should have minimum 4 + year of relevant experience in Data Analytics/ Business Analysis/ / O & M/ Production/ Operation/ shipping/ logistics or related roles.

 

Qualifications
