Deputy Manager - Techno commercial

Responsibilities

 

Accountabilities and KPIs (8-10 key activities / decisions for which this role is accountable )

Key Accountabilities

1.

Plan and maintain the inventory of Raw Materials/Spares/Consumables as per the standard operating procedures

2.

Ensure   supply  Contracts are issued/renewed  on time 

3.

Standardize contractual frameworks by incorporating e.g. safety,fuel escalation, compliances and  liability on account of handling losses.

 

4.

Benchmark purchasing & stores practices and implement the same at AHPPL

 

5.

Monitor compliance of all purchasing and storage and customer billing processes to  IMS

 

6.

Ensure compliance to  Quality, Legal, financial  and  safety norms in contracts

 

7.

Ensure best prices realization through   Scrap sales

 

8.

Motivate the team through employee communication and coaching

9.

Ensure continuous training and development of people for better efficiency and individual growth

Develop leadership pipeline in Commercial Contract, procurement & stores   department

Qualifications

 

Experience & Educational Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

(degree, training, or certification required)

B.E/ B. Tech :( Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil) 

Desirable: MBA/ Diploma in Materials management

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)Should have minimum 5- 12+ years in Procurement, Store & Service Contract/Commercial Contract.
