Order Processing & Scheduling

• Review delivery orders and plan daily dispatch schedules.
• Assign vehicles, drivers, and resources for deliveries.
• Ensure orders are dispatched as per timelines and customer requirements.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain communication with drivers to track progress and handle delivery issues.
• Update customers on delivery schedules and any delays.

Documentation & Records

• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Ensure all compliance and safety regulations are followed.

Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status through tracking systems.
• Resolve delivery-related complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Submit daily dispatch and performance reports to management.
