Job Title: Sales Executive – FMCG (P&G Products)

Job Summary:

Kalahanu Retail Venture (P) Limited is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to handle Procter & Gamble (P&G) FMCG products across various territories in Uttarakhand. The role involves primary and secondary sales, retail execution, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Conduct regular market visits to retailers.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in outlets.
• Maintain relationships with retailers, stockists, and distribution points.
• Ensure timely collections and credit management.
• Provide daily market feedback and sales reporting.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (preferably in Business or Marketing).
• Experience: 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience (P&G experience is a plus).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local geography and market dynamics.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable
• Other Benefits: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement
