Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers for auto loans through direct sales, referrals, and dealer networks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with automobile dealerships and showrooms.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment terms to customers.
• Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting required documents.
• Conduct preliminary screening of loan applications based on eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with customers for pending documentation and loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
• Experience0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in auto loans, personal loans, or retail lending.
