Job Title: Hub Manager – Last Mile Operations

Location: Nainital

Budget: ₹17,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description We are looking for a Hub Manager to oversee last-mile delivery operations, ensuring seamless hub functioning, efficient rider management, and strong customer experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of last-mile logistics, hub operations, and team management.

• Key Responsibilities :Manage last-mile operations ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Oversee hub operations including parcel handling, sorting, and dispatch.
• Responsible for rider hiring, onboarding, and training to maintain an effective workforce.
• Monitor rider performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Maintain rider backup pool to manage absenteeism and peak volumes.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, service quality, and compliance standards.
• Track operational KPIs, daily reports, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with central operations team for smooth coordination and problem resolution.
• Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery management.
• Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Prior experience in last-mile delivery/logistics/e-commerce operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of hub management and rider operations.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
