Fabrication Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily site activities related to fabrication, erection, and maintenance work. The candidate should ensure smooth execution of work as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and workforce (fitters, welders, riggers)

Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines

Coordinate with engineers, clients, and team members

Monitor material usage and site requirements

Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance on site

Prepare daily progress reports and updates

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in fabrication/erection projects

Good knowledge of pipeline and structural work

Ability to read drawings and manage manpower

Strong leadership and communication skills

Basic knowledge of safety practices
