E-commerce & Social Media Executive – Vaidyam (Ayurvedic Brand)

About the Brand:

Vaidyam is a premium Ayurvedic wellness brand focused on men’s vitality and traditional formulations. We’re looking for a responsible, tech-savvy person to manage our online presence and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)—posting, replying, and driving growth.
• Handle website backend (Shopify/WooCommerce) – product updates, pricing, offers.
• Process online orders and coordinate packaging & dispatch.
• Manage billing, invoices, and customer communication.
• Coordinate with courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) for order tracking.
• Maintain data records for orders, stock, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, web management)
• Experience with e-commerce or social media handling preferred
• Should be organized, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Location: Hamirpur / Kanpur area (if local presence required)
