Additional knowledge of INFOR, ADPOINT will be an advantage Job Experience Overall Experience Relevant Experience • Execute billing for Contract Service and Equipment and transactional orders, presenting with customers assuring comprehension of the invoices and critical issues, enabling smooth payments process. • Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy • Support process improvements taking in account the local regulation/requirements, having deep understanding of countries specifics. • Review and process requests for billing adjustments, issuing credit/rebill and manual invoices. • Reconcile customer’s accounts. • Support tax and invoice audits. • Collaborate with multiple departments to seek any upcoming emergencies. • Support new system releases and improvement testing (i.e. Oracle ERP). • Support and drive metrics. • Build presentations to the leadership. • Update Work Instructions. • Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns verbally or in writing. Skills 1) Good communication skills to understand with inward and outward communication internally and externally. 2) Proficiency in using on-line systems for cash transactions. 3) Knowledge of accounts receivable concepts and procedures. 4) Knowledge of Microsoft, especially word and excel. 5) Knowing basic accounting knowledge which can be related to accounts receivable. 6) Understanding of upstream and downstream impact of cash application. 7) Managing different modes of payments 8) Provide direction and assistance to transaction and competency teams in achieving organizational strategic objectives. 9) Review and discuss the operational performance with internal and external stakeholders. 10) Mentor and coach the operation teams. 11) Focus on Knowledge retention and people development. 12) Ensure compliance to Internal controls requirements. 13) Review the monthly operation metrics dashboard - KPIs/CSLs and accordingly work on action plan for improvementsJob
