*Telecaller Job Description:*

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. The Telecaller will also handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide excellent customer service.

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services

- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively

- Achieve sales targets and expand customer base

- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions

- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals

*Requirements:*

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Prior experience in telesales or customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Proficiency in English and/or local languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, etc.)

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
