*🔍 Role Overview*

Transcom is hiring backend operations professionals to support asset servicing, clearing & settlement, and wealth management functions. The role involves handling corporate actions, trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, portfolio analysis, and investment research, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders including custodians, brokers, and depositories

*👩🏻‍🎓 Eligibility & Experience*

Minimum 6 months experience in one or more of the following:

Asset servicing or corporate actions processing

Clearing & settlement, trade operations, or middle-office roles

Wealth management, equity research, or investment advisory support

Exposure to dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers, redemptions

Hands-on experience with T+1 / T+2 settlement cycles

Experience coordinating with custodians, brokers, exchanges, NSDL/CDSL

Experience in equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and cryptocurrency markets

Portfolio accounting or fund operations experience is an advantage

Graduate & Undergraduate candidates can apply

NISM certification preferred

*💼 Roles & Responsibilities*

Process, validate, and monitor corporate actions, announcements, record dates, and entitlements

Execute and monitor equity, ETF, and crypto trades

Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle, clearing, and settlement activities

Reconcile trades, positions, funds, and entitlements; resolve discrepancies and settlement breaks

Coordinate with brokers, custodians, exchanges, depositories, and internal teams

Conduct in-depth analysis of equities, ETFs, mutual funds, and cryptocurrencies

Monitor market trends, NAV movements, dividends, and corporate actions

Prepare MIS, audit-ready documentation, research, and investment reports

Support wealth management and investment advisory strategies

Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines
