Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage field collections and loan recovery activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in debt recovery, strong negotiation skills, and mandatory DRA certification.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct field visits for collection and recovery of overdue loan accounts
2. Handle loan recovery and debt recovery activities as per company policies
3. Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
4. Negotiate repayment plans with customers and ensure timely recovery
5. Coordinate with internal teams for case updates and escalations
6. Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets
7. Maintain professional and ethical conduct during all recovery processes

Mandatory Requirements

1. DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification – Mandatory
2. Field collection experience – Mandatory
3. Proven experience in loan recovery and debt collection
4. Good communication and negotiation skills
5. Willingness to travel locally for field collections
