About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Consultants with a strong zeal for sales and styling. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized fashion advice to drive sales while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver an engaging, premium shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend products that meet their style and occasion needs.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Provide accurate product knowledge, including materials, styling tips, and care instructions.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
• Handle billing, POS operations, and basic inventory management.
• Assist in stock replenishment, merchandise displays, and store housekeeping.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant retail experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, or apparel retail (freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered).
• Strong passion for fashion and styling, with a keen eye for trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts.
